"Busy Work!": Women's Hand Craft Program Series

Have you ever wondered how your mother, grandmother, or great-mother could stitches so perfect in their needle work or how to hand sew those crazy quilts? Look no further than this fun series program! This program will have classes covering how to mend, hand quilt, crochet, knit, and paint china. Classes will be on the second Saturday of each month starting in May and will go until September. Registration starts March 1st with deadlines varying for each class. Registration is only $5.00 adults over 18 for each class or $20.00 for all five and children ages 9 to 18 are free! To register, please fill out the form below or stop on by the Museum starting April 19th to register in person! Registration fee can either be mailed to PO Box 162, Humboldt, IA 50548 or dropped off at the Museum after the listed time above. So, what are you waiting for? Sign up and learn a fun new activity!

"All Fun and Games!": Humboldt Museum Schoolhouse Program

Back for a second year, sign up your child for this fun program set in our historic Schoolhouse! This year's theme is all about the fun and games of the schoolhouse days. To register, please look over the information below before filling out the registration form. Registration begins March 1st and ends July 29th at 4:00pm. Parents can also register in person starting April 19th. There is no registration fee as the Museum wants to encourage children to come out and explore the wonderful history of the county through this fun program!

Humboldt Museum Fall Festival!

Back by popular demand, come on out to the Museum and step back in time to the pioneer days with the Fall Festival! Enjoy and partake in live demonstrations, delicious food from DOMS Catering and beverages from Cozy Cocktail Camper, fun activities, music and of course, explore the rich history of the county! Admission is $10.00 for adults and FREE for children 18 and under! History is waiting for you to explore at the Humboldt Co. Historical Museum!

Murder Mystery at the Millhouse!

Something is a foot at the Millhouse and we need your help to get to the bottom of it! Come on out to the Millhouse this spooky season and uncover the mystery of who killed Mr. Brown. More information will be released at a later date!

"Night at the Museum" Halloween Open House

Have you ever wondered what happens at the Museum after sunset? Come on out to the Humboldt Co. Historical Museum, if you dare! More information will be released at a later date.

Christmas Craft Class

Get started with the holiday season with this fun craft class! Visitors will learn how to make traditional Christmas ornaments will exploring how the Victorians celebrated Christmas. This class is free to the public and is for all ages! To sign up, stop by the Museum starting September 1st or fill out the form down below (will be uploaded September 1st).
